Read What Dark Gold's Customers Have to Say
Aaron has been my go-to computer wizard for a couple of years. He is very knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable. One of the things I soon realized was that Aaron listens to what you have to say and what you want to accomplish with your system. He then explains what kind of equipment you need, and how best to meet your needs. He does not try to “upsell” you, and in fact will actually provide less expensive alternatives that still meet your needs.

When your equipment arrives, Aaron will set it up and insure that all the systems are functioning. He will explain how the system and programs work. If you have an issue with the system or programs, Aaron will respond to make corrections, and in my case, re-explain what I either forgot or didn’t understand. With authorization, he can perform some tasks remotely, saving time and money. He is readily available and responsive. I will continue to call on him for computer issues.

I was having issues with a slow laptop that I had recently purchased. I tried a variety of commercially available “fixes” but all were temporary. It was frustrating to deal with slowness on a new laptop. Fortunately I linked up with Aaron and he knew exactly what was needed to improve my computer’s performance.
